The Work Session Meetings will be the Second Monday of the month. The Regular Meetings of the Board
of Education of the Township of Denville will be held on the Fourth Monday of the month. When the
second or fourth Monday falls on a holiday or for special circumstances, then those months, meetings will
be held on the Mondays as listed. July, August, November, and December will be a combined Work
Session/Regular Meeting. Special Meetings will be advertised as needed. Executive Session will start at
7:00 p.m. and after the meetings as needed. All meetings will be held at the Township of Denville – 1
Saint Mary’s Place, Denville, New Jersey 07834 – 7:00 p.m.
In compliance with the "Open Public Meetings Act," Chapter 231, Laws of 1975, State of New Jersey the
following Regular meeting dates have been established for the Denville Township Board of Education,
County of Morris, State of New Jersey, for the remainder of the year:

The meeting will open at 7:30 PM for a public session.
Meetings of the Denville Board of Education will be conducted at Denville Municipal Hall, 1 Saint Mary's Place, Denville NJ beginning with a private executive session at 7 PM and the regular public session at 7:30 PM.
Members of the public may remotely access this Board Meeting through Google Meet, a remote video conferencing system. Starting December 12, 2022, public Board Meeting comments will be accepted by those in attendance or remotely using the Google Meet application in accordance with Policy 0167.
