The PARCC testing window is as follows: 1- 2 hours per day, spread out over 6 days

The PARCC assessment is a required test for all public school students, therefore we are not allowed to let students opt-out. We do have state test refusal procedures in place.

See Statewide Assessment Refusal

The PARCC reports provide valuable information regarding your child's progress. The data collected will be used to guide curricular decisions as well as inform teachers the areas of focus for each student. If you have any questions regarding the PARCC, we respectfully request that you contact your building administrator before refusing the state assessment.
